Es ist eine Weile her, dass hier der letzte Post erschien, aber die letzten stressigen Wochen des Semesters tragen daran wohl die Schuld.

Im Juli war ich zweimal im wunderschönen Lissabon. Beide Male zwar nur für ein paar Tage, dennoch waren es zwei schöne, erholsame Trips, während der ich zwei echte Bar-Perlen entdeckt habe. Die möchte ich euch natürlich nicht vorenthalten!

Park Bar:

Die Park Bar befindet sich auf dem obersten Deck eines Parkhauses und bietet somit einen wunderschönen und beeindruckenden Blick über Lissabon. Man hat freie Sicht auf die Ponte 25 de Abril und die Glockentürme der Santa Catarina Kirche - ein unbezahlbarer Ausblick! Außerdem überzeugt die paradiesische Bepflanzung, die einen glatt vergessen lässt, dass man sich eigentlich auf einem grauen Beton-Parkplatz befindet.

Dazu eisgekühlte Drinks und sogar leckere Burger! Bleiben da überhaupt noch Wünsche offen? Nein! 

Die Park Bar ist ein echter Geheimtipp und ist täglich ab 13 Uhr bis spät in die Nacht hier zu finden:

Hotel Mundial Rooftop Bar:

Die Dachterrassenbar des Hotels Mundial ist ebenfalls nicht von schlechten Eltern. Sie bietet eine genauso schöne Aussicht und eine etwas gediegenere Stimmung. Hier ist es nicht ganz so cool-alternativ, sondern eher etwas "loungig" und schick. 

Dennoch kann man auch hier super den Sonnenuntergang genießen und sollte unbedingt den weißen Sangria probieren! Der schmeckt einfach himmlisch und ist nach einem Tag am Strand oder einem Shopping-Trip die richtige Erfrischung.

Natürlich ist die Bar nicht nur Hotelgästen vorbehalten und ist im Sommer von 18.30h bis 0.30h hier zu finden:

Hotel Mundial Rooftop Bar

It's been a while since I posted here, but I guess that's due to the last stressful weeks of my semester at university.

In july I visited beautiful Lisbon two times. Both times it was only for a few days, but still I had a good and recreative time there. I explored two bars that are real stunners!

Park Bar:

Park Bar is located on top of a parking deck and offers a beautiful view over Lisbon. You can see the Ponte 25 de Abril or the bell towers of Santa Catarina Church - a priceless view!

Furthermore the paradisiacal planting lets you forget that you are on top of an ugly parking deck!

Ice cold drinks and even delicious homemade burgers make the rooftop experience perfect!

Park Bar is a real insider tip and opens daily from 1pm until late night. You can find it here:

Hotel Mundial Rooftop Bar:

The rooftop bar of the Hotel Mundial is a real insider tip too. It also offers an amazing view over Lisbon and is a bit less "alternatively cool". It's kinda "loungy" and chic.

Still it is awesome to enjoy the sunset here and you should definitely try the white sangria! It tastes heavenly and is the right refreshment after a day at the beach or a long shopping trip.

Of course the bar is not only for hotel guests and you can find it during summer from 6.30pm to 0.30am here:

Uau, foi um bom bocado! Mas a culpa é do semestre stressante na universidade!

Em julho fui à lindíssima Lisboa duas vezes. Fui lá só por alguns dias, mas ainda foi muito repousante. O melhor: descobri dois bares grandes!

Park Bar:

O Park Bar fica-se no último andar dum parque de estaçionamento e oferece uma vista maravilhosa sobre Lisboa. Podes ver a ponte 25 de abril e os campanários da igreja Santa Catarina - simplesmente impagável!

Também o plantação paradisíaco do terraço deixa-te esquecer que estás no telhado dum feio parque de estaçionamento! Bebidas geladas e até hambúrguers caseiros fazem a visita no Park Bar inesquecível.

Park Bar é um verdadeiro "insider tip" e está aberto diariamente de 13.00h á noite. Fica-se aquí:

#fashionrrriot: Slip-On-Fever

Irgendwann vor knapp 10 Jahren fing es bei mir an: Ich wollte die berühmten Slip-ons von VANS haben. An coolen Skaterboys hatte ich sie gesehen und so wurden die VANS Slip-ons im Checkerboard Muster eines der ersten Paar Schuhe, dass ich mir von meinem eigenen Geld als Teenie kaufte.

Heute lassen diese Schuhe wieder mein Herz höher schlagen. Aber nicht im Sneakerladen, sondern bei TOPSHOP, H&M, ZARA & Co.

Slip-ons haben sich ihren Weg in die Fashion-Welt gebahnt und im Jahr 2014 kommt man nun wirklich kaum noch an ihnen vorbei. Mit Skateboards und Jungs mit Zottelhaaren im Park haben diese Schuhe momentan nicht mehr wirklich viel zu tun.

Sie sind weiblich geworden! Zum Minirock, süßen Shorts oder sogar zum Maxikleid - Slip-ons sind die Schuhe der Stunde!

Offensichtlich bewegen wir uns im weiblichen Modekosmos immer weiter Richtung bequem. Sneaker, Birkenstocks, Slip-ons - High Heels adé!

Around 10 years ago it started: I wanted the popular VANS slip-ons. I saw them so many times on cool skater boys and so I bought the VANS slip-ons in checkerboard pattern - one of the first pairs of shoes I ever bought from my pocket money as a teenager.

Today these kind of shoes still make my heart go "boom, boom, boom". But not in the sneaker store around the corner, but in TOPSHOP, H&M, ZARA & Co.

Slip-ons have found their way into the fashion world and now in 2014 you hardly get around these shoes. Nevertheless they don't have too much to do with skateboards and long haired boys in the park.

They turned female! Wearable with a miniskirt, cute shorts or even with a maxi dress - no way around slip-ons!

Obviously the female fashion cosmos is moving towards comfort. Sneaker, Birkenstocks, slip-ons - bye bye high heels!

Antes de aproximadamente 10 anos tudo começou: queria os populares slip-ons da VANS. Eu vi muitos "skater boys" com estas sapatilhas e pensou que são muitas fixes. Então comprei os slip-ons da VANS em estilo axadrezado - uns dos meus primeiros sapatos que jamais comprei com a minha mesada.

Hoje estes sapatos ainda podem conquistar o meu coração! Mas não nas lojas de sapatilhas, mas sim na TOPSHOP, H&M, ZARA & Co.

#fashionrrriot: New in - Converse Chucks Allstars white monochrome

Als Anhängerin des clean chics habe ich schon sehr lange mit den Converse Chuck Taylor Allstars white monochrome geliebäugelt. Outfit-Bilder in meinem Kopf von Boyfriend-Jeans und weißem T-Shirt oder schwarzen Lederpants und weißer Seidenbluse + diese schneeweißen Schuhträume haben sich mir immer wieder aufgedrängt, bis mein Verstand endlich nachgegeben hat.

Nach langer Suche - weil meine Größe überall ausverkauft war - habe ich sie letztendlich bei Planet Sports bestellt. Wenn man sich für den Newsletter anmeldet gibt's sogar einen 10%-Gutschein. Was will man mehr?

Eu sou um grande fã do clean chic e por isso já admirei estas sapatilhas da Converse completamente branco por muito tempo. Então não poderia resistir mais longo!

Rettung für eure Haare! Monatelang habe ich ein teures Produkt nach dem anderen probiert, die Lösung für meine extrem trockenen Spitzen war allerdings trotzdem nicht dabei. Schon halb aufgebend - ganz nach dem Motto: "Mit Geld kann man sich nunmal keine schönen Spitzen kaufen" - kam dieses Produkt daher! Die "Elvital Total Repair Extreme Anti Spliss Kur". Es war ein letzter verzweifelter Versuch - und es hat funktioniert! 
Die Kur ist ein kleines Doppelkonzentrat, das nicht lange hält, aber wenigstens hält, was es verspricht! Seidige, glänzende Haare. Das wollte ich und das bekomme ich mit diesem Produkt - und das für einen nichtmal so hohen Preis. 

Klar, wenn Spliss einmal da ist, hilft nur noch abschneiden. Alles andere ist eine Illusion. Aber diese Kur zaubert zumindest schön geschmeidige Spitzen, auch wenn sie kaputt sind. Dass da eine Menge Silikone mitspielen ist mir klar. Aber meine kräftigen, dicken Haare vertragen's. Es ist einfach eine Übergangslösung.

Salvation for your hair! For months I tried one expensive product after the other, but never found the right thing for my bone dry spliss ends. I almost gave up, thinking that no money can buy nice and shiny hair. But then the "Elvital Total Repair Extreme Anti Spliss Treatment" came! It was my last desperate attempt and it worked!
The treatment is a double concentrate - only a small amount so it doesn't last long. But at least it doesn't make false promises. Silky, shiny hair. That was what I wanted and I got it and it's not even expensive.

Of course, you can never really repair spliss ends, the only thing that really helps is to cut it. Everything else is an illusion. But this hair treatment is giving your hair at least some silkyness and healthy shine. Of course a lot of silicones are involved in this. My strong and thick hair can take that though. It's just a nice temporary solution.

Salvamento para os vossos cabelos! Por mesos tentei produtos caros, mas nada ajudou com o meu cabelo seco. Quase perdi a esperança e pensava "dinheiro não pode comprar cabelo giro". Mas então encontrou o "Elvital Total Repair Extreme Anti Spliss" tratamento. Foi a minha tentativa última e funcionou! 
O tratamento é concentrado duplo e não dura muito longo, mas cumpre a promessa - cabelo brilhante e macio. Isso é o que é que eu estava a procurar e encontrei. Nem mesmo é caro!

Naturalmente não é possível reparar cabelo seco completamente, só cortar o cabelo pode ajudar neste caso. Mas pelo menos este tratamento dá brilho e maleabilidade ao cabelo. Obviamente muitos silicones são envolvidos, mas o meu cabelo pode aguentar isso. O tratamento é uma solução temporário.

#fashionrrriot: Birkenstock meets fashion

Noch nie waren Sandalen im altbekannten Birkenstock-Style so gehyped wie in diesem Sommer. Letztes Jahr fing's mit den pelzigen Céline Latschen an, inzwischen sieht man sie überall, von ASOS über H&M bis ZARA.
Ohne mich weit aus dem Fenster lehnen zu wollen, aber: Ich habe mein erstes Birkenstock-Paar im Jahr 2010 in New York gekauft - nicht als bequeme Hausschuhe, sondern als Straßenschuhe. Einfach, weil ich es schon immer stylish fand. Diese Ökolatschen hatten es mir angetan.

Dass nun - ein paar Jahre später - der absolute Birkenstock-Hype selbst in High Fashion Kreisen losgebrochen ist zeigt mir nur, dass ich damals schon richtig lag.

Manche mögen mit Argumenten, wie "hässlich und kein bisschen sexy" oder "kann man nur als Hippie Mutter aus Friedrichshain tragen", kommen. Aber wir Frauen wollen doch gar nicht immer sexy sein. Es soll darum gehen, dass man sich in seinem Outfit wohl fühlt und sich nicht täglich einen Hallux Valgus in zu engen 14cm-Absätzen heranzüchtet.

Also: Ich sage ganz klar JA zu Ökolatschen meets fashion - ein kleines Augenzwinkern ist sowieso immer dabei!

Birkenstock sandals have never been so hyped as in this upcoming summer season. Last year Céline started the hype with their furry slippers, now you see them everywhere: ASOS, H&M, ZARA....
I don't want to show off (hello irony), but I bought my first pair of Birkenstock sandals in 2010 in New York. Not because I wanted them as house slippers, but for outside of the house. Just because I always thought that they look quite stylish. 

Now - a few years later - the absolute Birkenstock hype has broken out even in the high fashion and that shows me that I was already right in 2010.

Some may say things like "ugly and unsexy" or "only wearable if you're a hippie mum", but do women really always want to look sexy? I don't think so. It's about feeling comfortable and self-confident in your shoes and not about ruining your feet in high heels just to please men.

So: I clearly say YES to Birkenstock meets fashion - usually with a little irony still.

Sandálias da Birkenstock nunca foram um hype demasiado como agora. No ano pasado a Céline começou o hype e agora podes ver sandálias no estilo da Birkenstock em todas as lojas: ASOS, H&M, ZARA....

Não quero gabar-me (olá ironia!), mas já comprei sandálias da Birkenstock no ano 2010 em Nova Iorque. Não comprei como chinelos, mas como sandálias. Só acho que são muitos chiques.

Agora - uns anos depois - um Birkenstock-hype inigualável instalou-se até na high fashion e isso prova que tive razão no ano 2010.

Alguns se calhar poderiam dizer coisas como "feias e não sexy" ou "só para hippies", mas não penso que mulheres querem sempre ser sexy. Queremos sentar-nos confiantes e confortáveis e não precisamos saltos de 14 cm para parecer atraente.

Então: Absolutamente digo SIM ao "Birkenstock meets fashion" - com um pouco de ironia também.

Kaum gelauncht, schon beinahe komplett ausverkauft. Dabei kann es sich nur um die fünfzehnte Kollektion von Kate Moss für TOPSHOP handeln. Ist der Hype berechtigt oder wird da blind gekauft, wofür ein berühmtes Model seinen Namen hergab?

Ich finde: Der Hype ist verdient! Die Kollektion ist ein moderner Mix aus Glamour und Hippie - also genau das, wofür Kate Moss steht! Die Preise? Einigermaßen normales TOPSHOP-Niveau. Dafür gibt's Fransenlederjacken, Hippie-Kleider, Palazzo-Hosen mit Paisley-Print und typische "Kate-Jumpsuits". Wer allerdings nicht die berüchtigte Size Zero trägt, wird kaum noch Glück im Shopping-Rausch haben: Vereinzelt sind noch 32er-Größen erhältlich, ansonsten muss man wohl auf utopische hohe Preise in ebay-Auktionen hoffen.

Meine drei Lieblings-Pieces sind übrigens die Palazzo-Hose im Paisley-Print, die schwarze Hippie-Tunika und der schön schlichte kurze Playsuit.

Just launched and almost sold out already! I can only be talking about the fifteenth Kate Moss for TOPSHOP collection. But is it just another blunt hype or is the collection worth the praise?

I think the hype is deserved! The collection is a modern mix of glamour and hippie elements - so exactly what Kate Moss stands for. The Prices? Typical TOPSHOP standard. 

What you get are fringed leather jackets, hippie dresses, palazzo pants with paisley print and typical "Kate-jumpsuits"and more. 

But if you are not a size zero you will probably not be so lucky: there are some small sizes left, the rest is gone! Maybe you can hope for an ebay auction.

By the way: My three favourite pieces are the palazzo pants with paisley print, the black hippie tunic and the short black playsuit. Yay!

Só publicada, já esgotada! Estou a falar da nova colecção da Kate Moss para TOPSHOP. Mas vale o hype?

Acho que sim! A colecção é uma mistura de glamour e hippie - exatamente típica da Kate Moss. Os preços? Típica da TOPSHOP. A colecção oferece casacos de pele com cadilhos, vestidos ou calças em estilo hippie e "Kate-jumpsuits" típicos e mais.

Mas se não tivesses "size zero" provavelmente não vais ter muita sorte: só 32s são disponíveis, o resto é esgotada!

#fashionrrriot: Was ist in meiner Tasche? // What's in my bag? // O que é que está na minha mala?

Die meisten Männer kommen damit aus, sich ihr Portemonnaie in die Po-Tasche der Jeans zu stecken. Frauen schleppen oft ihren halben Hausstand mit, heißt es. Sozusagen ein Survival-Kit für alle Fälle. Ganz so viel ist es bei mir nicht, aber doch auch ein paar kleine SOS-Helfer.

Also: Was ist in meiner Tasche?

Auf jeden Fall essentiell: Portemonnaie, iPhone und Schlüssel. Eine Handcreme für trockene Hände zwischendurch ist auch sehr nützlich. Wer mag schon das Gefühl rauer Hände?
Genauso sieht es mit meinen Lippen aus - ich bin süchtig nach Lippenpflege und deshalb ist immer einer in meiner Tasche, meist auch noch ein Lipgloss oder ein dezenter Lippenstift, sodass man sein Make-Up schnell auffrischen kann. Außerdem darf auch kein After-Lunch-Munderfrischer fehlen. Das war's auch schon. Nicht viel, aber alles wichtige!

For most of the men it's enough to put their wallet inside their jeans pocket. Women are usually carrying around a whole household, people say. A survival-kit - just in case!
I usually don't have so much in my bag, but still I always carry some little SOS-helpers with me.

So, what's in my bag?

Essentials: my wallet, iPhone and keys. A hand cream for dry hands can become handy too. Who likes dry and rough hands? I also always have a lip balm with me - I am absolutely addicted to lip balms! Additionally I have a lipgloss in my bag, so that I can refresh my make up on the go. Furthermore I like to have some breath-refreshers for after lunch with me. That's it! Not a lot, but still everything I need.

Os homens habitualmente só põem as suas carteiras no bolso. Isso não é suficiente para as mulheres! Precisamos de muito mais. Há pessoas que dizem que as mulheres trazem toda a casa na mala. Um "survival-kit" pelo sim pelo não! 
Habitualmente não tenho muitas coisas na minha mala, mas ainda trago algumas coisas úteis comigo. 

Então, o que é que está na minha mala?

Coisas essenciais: a minha carteira, iPhone e as minhas chaves. Um creme das mãos pode ser útil também. Quem gosta das mãos secas e ásperas?
